What if I am allergic to some foods?

We cater for all food intolerances and dietary requirements whereever possible.  Advanced notice is vital to enable us to accommodate any requests.  Thats why our registration form is quite detailed when you make a booking.  We also mention any known food allergens in all our recipes and on our course descriptions

How can you help organise a corporate event or team building experience?

Just give us a call.  We dont do "Off the shelf". Although we have a lot of options and ideas in our pockets we like to make sure that you get what you want for the experience and more.  We can grab a coffee or have a consultation over the phone, get an idea of what you are hoping to achieve and we will promptly come back to you with a proposal and quote. Completely stuck for an idea?  We can show you what we've done before and if anything sounds ideal we can recreate it just for you.

How old does my child have to be to join your classes?

We like to start the healthy food journey young so we run classes for people literally of all ages.  Our Big Chef Tiny Chef classes are aimed at the youngest where parents/carers can come along and cook too!  Getting stuck in, making a mess that you dont have to clean up and taste testing some healthy fruit and veg as we go is surely what a fun cooking experience is all about :-) 

How do I know which age group is suitable for my child?

Our classes and courses come with a guideline age to help parents chose the most suitable class.  All children are different though so it is best to give us a call if you feel your child is very capable in the kitchen or requires that little bit more support and we can guide you to the best option to try out.
